Engaging evening entertainment created a lively atmosphere.

The air conditioning was ineffective for two days. The food quality was severely lacking, with limited options that were often cold and unappealing. It was annoying to deal with unhelpful staff at the reception, who couldn't assist in extending our stay despite availability.

it offered us incredible location really close to train station good food and staff, and santa susanna. the room was adequate, tastefully decorated and had a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card.

A lovely escape by the sea

We enjoyed fine ocean views from our room and the hotel's location made exploring local shops easy. The evening entertainment was lively.

The pool area felt overcrowded, and space was often reserved with towels. Some staff members weren't as accommodating when we inquired about drinks.

Direct connection to santa susanna beach. Bus stop is 10 minutes' walk away. Honestly no complaints...

Taste the food in La Pergola, you only need to walk 850 feet to reach it. We liked staying at caprici. Here we were near to few of our favorite spots such as playa de llevant. Stay there and enjoy your Santa Susanna trip.

The pool and beach areas were never too crowded. The location was great, within walking distance of the train station and local shops.

I especially appreciated the location - right in front of the train station. We arrived late in the evening, exhausted afer the the travel, and we didn'thave to move far away with the luggage searching for our hotel - because there it was! It was extremely convenient! One more big plus for me - the hotel is situated quite at a distance from the noisy centre with the discos and loud music till the middle of the night. On the contrary- the area is very quiet, just perfect to have rest ans sleep normally!

It's not a complaint. only a comment: we checked in late in the evening and were quite hungry after 20 hours of travel, but unfortunately, there was nothing to eat in hotel (we wanted to buy some pizza at least). So we had to go to a Venetian cafe nearby (and were quite happy with the meal there!). So, the recommendation is to have at least some snacks available to be bought at the bar while it is working - for those checking in late in the evening.

Enjoyed fine sea views and a great pool area! Location made it easy to explore the beach and nearby shops. Food options could use improvement, but overall a relaxing vibe during my stay.

There is no minibar, no tv controler - you can not with out it even switch on a tv! First time I saw a hotel without luggage room!!!you even can not stay you bags on the reception! Check in is later then is written in conditions - approx in 13-30 - 14-00!

Breaking it down, plain and simple

The location is really good, just a 3-minute stroll from the train station and steps from a beautiful beach. Our sea-view room was super clean with effective air conditioning. Daily housekeeping ensured comfort, and the restaurant had various meal options. Special thanks to friendly staff like Mrs Susan for making our stay enjoyable.

Had a blast with friends! The entertainment team was on point offering cool activities and games. We also enjoyed the clean pool area and the fantastic beach. It was great to relax by the sea. Lots of shops nearby made it perfect for late-night strolls.

They offered a free lunch the day after we arrived late, a nice surprise. Make sure to explore local shops for unique finds.
